We promote and deliver strategic development land across the UK from our headquarters in Warwick

We are a private company funded by substantial in-house cash balances which, together with some of the best professionals in their specialised fields, and an extensive development programme and land bank, places us in a unique position in the development industry.

We currently own and control land with planning consent and under promotion for in excess of 30,000 residential plots.

Land Acquisition

Our land team is focused on identifying and sourcing strategic sites for development. Being a private, self-funded company, our business model allows us to be dynamic, enabling us to respond to the specific aspirations and requirements of individual landowners.

We are flexible in the types of deals we enter into and can offer terms to suit the needs of the landowner, whether that be on the basis of option, promotion, freehold or subject-to-planning agreements.

Site Promotion

Our in-house planning and technical team ensures that the deliverability of our sites is demonstrated and communicated to Local Authorities and key political stakeholders as they progress through Local Plan and planning application stages.

Infrastructure Delivery

As a master developer delivering key infrastructure elements on sites, including roads, drainage, services, open space, local centres (dentists, doctors surgeries, village halls, cafes, public houses, convenience stores, gymnasiums, nurseries), sports facilities and schools. Our team’s experience ensures that we maximise value by obtaining deliverable planning consents and entering into the technical agreements necessary to ensure early on-site delivery is achieved.

We also maximise land value by delivering de-risked sites to the housebuilding industry. We leave no stone unturned when it comes to resolving planning and technical issues, to ensure no risks remain where contingencies would otherwise be required.
